Border crossing and drive to Kathmandu.

Day 2 — Kathmandu → Pokhara
Drive to Pokhara; evening at Phewa Lake.

Day 3 — Towards Mustang
Travel towards the Muktinath region via the Pokhara–Jomsom route (mode as per your plan).

Day 4 — Muktinath Darshan
Muktinath Temple darshan and return towards Pokhara.
